When booking your appointment, We would need a mobile and a email address.
. You will then receive confirmation email from FRESHA (which is our booking system).
. You be asked to up load your card details to secure your appointment. (please note No money will be taken unless the booking policy is not met).
. 48 hours before your appointment you will receive an email and a text reminder.
IF YOU NEED TO AMEND YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME,
RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH AT THIS POINT TO AVOID ANY CHARGES.
IF LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS GIVEN,
YOU BE CHARGED 30% OF YOUR SERVICE PRICE.
IF YOU WAS TO CANCEL ON THE DAY OR NO SHOWS,
YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR SERVICE PRICE.
