By proceeding with my booking, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions…

• We require a minimum of 48hrs notice for cancellations, treatment amendments or movement of your appointment to a different day/time. Failure of this will incur 50% charge of the treatment price. No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
• Unconfirmed appointments will be at risk of having their booking cancelled completely or rearranged by the salon.
• All clients are asked to enter card details at the time of booking.
